Shipping and delivery

Important Shipping Information for the Holiday Season:

  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM on December 21, 2024 will be processed and shipped starting December 27, 2024.
  • No shipments will be made from December 22, 2024, to December 26, 2024.
  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM on December 30, 2024 will be processed and shipped starting January 2, 2025.
  • No shipments will be made on December 31, 2024, and January 1, 2025.

Please note that delays may occur due to high volumes at PostNL. You will always receive a Track & Trace code to follow your shipment.

General Information About Shipping

Sfeer & Scent aims to ship all items within 3 working days after the order has been received.

If an item is not in stock at the time of ordering, the expected delivery time will be indicated on the product page. Items delivered from outside the EU may experience delays due to customs clearance. We kindly ask for your understanding. If an item is no longer available, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Uncollected Packages at Pickup Points

If PostNL is unable to deliver the package to you (or your neighbors), it will be sent to a pickup point. You will have 7 days to collect your package. After this period, it will be returned to us.

In this case, you have the following options:

  • Cancellation: You can cancel your order and receive a refund for the purchase amount, excluding shipping costs.
  • Reshipment: We can resend the package. Additional shipping costs will apply.

Please note: PostNL no longer leaves a missed delivery card in your mailbox. You will need to check the PostNL app, your Track & Trace code, or your email to see if your package has been delivered to a pickup point.

Incorrect Address

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, shipping costs will not be refunded.

Shipping Costs

  • For orders under €75.00 (Netherlands): €5.95
  • For orders over €75.00 (Netherlands): Free shipping
  • To Belgium and Germany: €7.95

Delivery Times

  • Netherlands: 1-2 working days after shipping
  • Belgium: 2-3 working days after shipping
  • Germany: 3-4 working days after shipping
