Sfeer & Scent aims to ship all items within 3 working days after the order has been received.
If an item is not in stock at the time of ordering, the expected delivery time will be indicated on the product page. Items delivered from outside the EU may experience delays due to customs clearance. We kindly ask for your understanding. If an item is no longer available, we will inform you as soon as possible.
If PostNL is unable to deliver the package to you (or your neighbors), it will be sent to a pickup point. You will have 7 days to collect your package. After this period, it will be returned to us.
In this case, you have the following options:
Please note: PostNL no longer leaves a missed delivery card in your mailbox. You will need to check the PostNL app, your Track & Trace code, or your email to see if your package has been delivered to a pickup point.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, shipping costs will not be refunded.
